The kitchen / dining room is clean, modern and fitted out with a fridge, electric cooker, microwave, dish washer, crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils and iron. There is a family dining table and a portable television.

There is a washing machine available in the garage. Part use of owner's freezer in garage.

 

Bay View has three upstairs bedrooms.

Bay View: Bathroom  The recently refurbished upstairs bathroom is of a good size with hand basin, toilet and full sized bath with shower unit.

There is a spacious, well - furnished sitting room with colour television, DVD - Video combo plus Sky digibox.

The room is heated with an electric fire and has views over the garden and towards the village and Aberdaron Bay.

There is a £1 coin meter for electricity. Central heating is available, if required, for an extra charge.

Bed linen supplied, but not towles.

Pets are allowed by arrangement.
